Day 01 :Delhi to Manali (570km.)

Arrive at Delhi airport and meet our representative. By evening board your bus to Manali for overnight journey.

Day 02 :Manali - Rohtang Pass – Batal

After early breakfast, drive over Rohtang Pass for Batal. Reach Batal by lunch time. Evening free at leisure & overnight in tents.
Rohtang Pass: Situated about 51 km from Manali town at an altitude of 4,111 meters (13,400 ft.) on the highway to Keylong, is Rohtang Pass. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendor. At the top of the Pass the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over herringboned ridges into the Lahaul Valley. There is a beautiful Dashohar Lake left to the pass, where pilgrims go every year on the auspicious day of 20th Bhadon. This is the only access to Lahaul valley. The pass is open from June to September each year although trekkers can across the pass a little earlier. Rohtang pass is the gateway to Lahaul valley. We follow the right bank of the Chandra River. Along the trail one could see huge granite walls, which are increasingly popular among rock climbers. The color of these rocks is differs to each other. Across Chandra River Chhota Shigri glacier and some wonderful views of peaks. All above the glacier which is 12 km in length longest in Himachal, peaks of White Sail, Shigri Parbat, Dharam sura, Papsura are daring mountaineers touch the sky can widely be seen.
Batal: Batal is situated at the foot of Kunzum pass, which provides the main approach to Spiti from Lahaul. The panorama as viewed from the top of the pass is enthralling and inspiring. On the way is Bara Shigri glaciers. Bara meaning big and Shigri meaning glacier in Lahauli dialect. The view of the Shigri Stream emerging from beneath a huge iridescent archway of solid ice is a never-to be forgotten sight. Behind the archway lies the Shigri glacier climbing up to dizzy height. The glacier is mountainous mass of solid ice, more than a kilometer wide and extending over a distance of ten kilometers.

Day 03 :Batal - Chander Taal - Batal

After breakfast, we drive to Chander Taal. After visiting chandertaal we drive back to Batal. Overnight in tents. Chander Tal: Chandertal means the Lake of Moon. This lake of exquisite beauty is set on a large meadow of edelweiss between a lower ridge and the main Kunzum Range with an outlet into the Chandra River. A beautiful view of the Samudra Tapoo glacier and of Mulkila Range is obtainable. A majestic serene lake surrounded by mighty Himalayan peaks. A vast meadow is the camping site on the banks of this enchanting lake. During spring time, it is carpeted with hundreds of kinds of wild alpine flowers.

Day 04 :Batal - Kunzum Pass - Kaza (90km).

After breakfast drive to Kaza, crossing the mighty Kunzum pass.
Kunzum Pass (4551 m): Kunzum provides chief access to Lahaul valley by the great Kunzum range. The lofty Shigri Glacier is seen in front in all its grandeur. The crest of the pass has been marked by a chorten of stones erected ages ago. The Panorama as viewed from the top of the Pass is enthralling and inspiring. There is a temple dedicated to Kali, known as Kunzum Devi. Rahul was the son of Buddha and the name Lahaul is derived from Rahul.
KAZA: Kaza is located at height of 3600mtrs (11880 Ft) Above Sea Level. Kaza is situated at a distance of 211 Km from Kalpa and 48 km from Tabo. Kaza is The headquarters of Spiti sub-district, Kaza is located on the bank of river Spiti. In earlier days, Kaza was the capital of Nono, the Chief of Spiti. Kaza has a Buddhist Monastery and Hindu Temple.

Day 05 : Spiti Local (Key, kibber, Dhankar)

Dhankar Monastery, the old capital of Spiti valley, Dhankar big village once residence of the King of Spiti on the hill you see his fort .Also today about 100 Monks are living in the Dhankar Monastery. After Dhankar drive to Kee –Monastery, The Key Gompa, perched high on the Pyramid shaped mountain ,belongs to the Gelugpa sect and there are as many as 500 monks , visit Kibber Village the highest motor connected village in the world and Kibber monastery .
KEY GOMPA: Key Gompa is located at height of 4116 mtrs (13583 Ft) Above Sea Level; Key Gompa is 7 km from Kaza. Key Gompa is the largest monastery in Spiti Valley. Key Gompa was established in the 11th century and has ancient Buddhist scrolls and paintings. Key Gompa also houses large number of Buddhist monks and nuns.
KIBBER: is located at height of 4205 mtrs (13876 Ft) Above Sea Level. Kibber is situated at 18 Kms away from Kaza, Kibber is the highest village in the world which is connected by motor able road and Kibber is the highest habituated village in the world which has its own polling station during elections.
DHANKAR: Dhankar is located at height of 3890 Mtrs (12837 Ft) Above Sea Level, Dhankar is situated 24 km from Tabo; Dhankar is famous for a Buddhist monastery.

Day 06 : Kaza – Pin Valley - Kaza

Today morning after breakfast, we proceed to the sightseeing tour of Pin valley. Today we visit Mudh village located in Pin valley National Park. In evening return to Kaza for overnight stay..

Day 07 : Kaza – Manali

Today early morning after breakfast proceed back to Manali via Kunzum Pass. Afternoon reach Manali and board your Volvo bus for further journey to Delhi.

Day 08 : Manali-Delhi (578 km

Today morning after breakfast checkout and keep your luggage at the hotel. Explore the mall road. Evening board your Volvo for Delhi. Overnight journey
